Shoulder Specialized Program
This program will ensure you can continue to see progress despite your shoulder injury. It has been specifically designed to build shoulder strength so that you can remain mobile and not miss out on the crucial element exercise has to play in your results.
You’ll start with light, rehabilitation exercises, before moving on to strength building ones and finally performing full and fluid workouts in the shoulder area.
The program can be used as a stand alone routine or be supplemented with other workouts. In the case of the latter, your coach will advise which other sessions to perform during this time.
We recommend seeking GP/physio advice on your injury before starting, however this program should be suitable for most common shoulder issues.
