We created TRINITY and the FIT OVER 40 program for one reason…

The fitness industry was letting women over 40 down (and it still is!).

It’s focused on the quick, easy wins – creating diets for people in their 20s and 30s who see results quickly and easily – whilst ignoring those people whom it’s harder to get results for.

Women’s bodies are very different over 40, and these changes start years before menopause. We realised that this requires a totally different approach – an approach that is very different to what the mainstream diets, fitness programs and Personal Trainers were doing!

Since then we’ve honed our FIT OVER 40 Method working with over 6,000 clients to get the scales moving again and lose 1-2 stone in 12 weeks, and many have gone on to lose four, five or even six stone!
