In this episode, we’re joined by TRINITY member Rachel, a partner in a law firm and mother of two teenage daughters, who shares her inspiring journey to fitness. After years of prioritizing her career and family, her weight had reached 104kg (230lbs), and she felt stuck after countless failed diets. A holiday incident where she couldn’t join her daughter’s horse riding due to her weight sparked a change, and she joined TRINITY in September 2021. Rachel lost 10lbs in her first month and over 3st 10lbs overall, transforming her life and mindset—she’s now a regular at her local tennis club and feels proud to set a healthy example for her daughters. Despite challenges like work stress, emotional eating, and a back injury, Rachel has achieved her goals in her 50s, balancing menopause and a demanding job.
