January 2026 2x Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions

• The referral offer applies when an current client refers a new member to the Fit Over 40 Programme.
• To qualify, the new member must enter the full name of the referring client in the “How did you hear about us?” section of the Intake Form at sign-up.
• If the referrer’s name is not included on the Intake Form, the referral cashback cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Both the referrer and the new member will receive £250 cashback each.
• Cashback will be issued 14 days after the new member has joined and will be paid back to the original payment method used.
• The referral reward is only valid for new clients joining the programme (not existing or returning clients).
• Cashback is limited to one referral reward per new client joined.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the referral offer at any time.
• Any suspected abuse or manipulation of the referral scheme will result in the reward being voided.
