This year, we couldn’t pick just five winners, so we’re sharing the stories of six incredible women who defied the odds and lost an average of over 3 stone while navigating menopause.

1. Alison’s Trinity Success Story
Starting weight: 15st (Size 18-20)
End weight: 12st (Size 12)
Alison, a 59-year-old woman who once felt trapped by the pressures of a stressful job and struggled with weight gain after having children, has undergone an inspiring transformation.
Starting at 15 stone and a size 18-20, she was self-conscious and avoided exercise. But through the Trinity Transformation program, Alison not only shed nearly 3 stone and dropped to a size 12, but she also tackled challenges she never thought possible.
Despite personal tragedy and a painful shoulder injury, Alison completed the 630-mile Southwest Coast Path, climbed a 170-meter waterfall, and won national awards.

Jess, one of our inspiring clients, turned 50 this year and runs her own consultancy business while managing a busy family life. When she started with Trinity Transformation, Jess was approaching 13 stone and dealing with severe menopause symptoms—sleeping only an hour a night, suffering from constant hot flushes, and struggling with high anxiety.
On top of that, she had poor health markers, a tough family situation, and a stressful job.

Rebecca, 51, was facing multiple life challenges, including redundancy, a difficult divorce, and the loss of her home and beloved dog. At her heaviest, she weighed 94.35 kilos and wore a size 22-24. Struggling with depression, type 2 diabetes, and a negative mindset,
Rebecca felt trapped by her circumstances. After an emergency hysterectomy threw her into menopause, she felt her situation was at its worst. But in April 2024, Rebecca found Trinity.
With determination, she lost 16 kilos, dropped from a size 22-24 to a size 14, and improved her health dramatically. Her blood sugar normalized, and she came off antidepressants and diabetes medication.
