Thousands of women have turned to Trinity for help getting in shape. These were women who were wanting to drop a dress or two, but were struggling to see results with the normal methods of dieting.
These women had tried all the things which worked in their 20s and 30s, but were seeing zero movement on the scales since turning 40. They were working hard, exercising, and watching what they were eating, only to step on the scales at the end of the week and see no results whatsoever!
And when you’re putting in all that effort and not seeing results, it can lead to many women giving up completely.
As these success stories will show you, it is possible to quickly and easily turn it all around, drop the excess weight, and get back into all your favourite clothes. There’s nothing stopping you from looking and feeling incredible wearing anything you like in as little as 12 weeks!
Sandra lost 3.5 stone during perimenopause
Sandra Thorn started her journey at a size 22, and came to Trinity with the goal to lose some weight and get stronger. Having gone through a difficult 2021 after the passing of her dad, she was feeling very low, bloated, and couldn’t really be bothered with anything.
After losing 3.5 stone and fitting in size 14-16 clothes, she has changed her life. Even through challenging times and the perimenopause, she hasn’t let it derail her. Sandra has shown dedication and drive.
“My tips are to listen to your body, don’t go all gung ho to start with. Build up to it. Don’t get fixated on numbers on a set of scales. If you have a bad day, don’t beat yourself up about it, don’t give up, just get back on the bike and start pedalling again! If you’re stuck just ask your coach or the rest of the community out there who are going through the same experience.”
Alison lost a stone and strengthened stress resilience through a challenging year of change
Alison started with Trinity having done cardio in the past, but finding consistency a challenge leading to her weight slowly creeping up.
“I have tried, over the years, every single diet plan going. And whilst they may work for a while – they’re not sustainable (or I didn’t find them to be) long term.”
One of her biggest challenges was her response to stress, meaning she felt unsure on how to assert herself or feel confident in her abilities.
Alison completely blossomed during our Trinity program. She hit her goal weight, having lost a stone and kept in a consistent workout routine which shows in her lean and toned physique. Not only has she hit her target weight, but she has worked so hard on her stress resilience leading to her improved confidence.
Christine lost 2 stone through manic work schedules and a difficult start
Christine has an incredibly busy work life. She travels all over the country on a weekly basis. When the menopause hit, she found her weight gradually creeping up. Even as she started Trinity, she was struck down with a broken foot – but this didn’t impact her drive to get to her goal weight.
From her dedication to stick to the program no matter what, she has lost a total of 2 stone, hitting her goal weight and now successfully maintaining it. Christine’s consistency and ability to handle social situations, busy work weeks and holidays has been such a long term achievement.

Sarah lost 1 stone during difficult winter months
Sarah, age 51 and step mum to two kids along with her four pets, lives in Bristol where she manages a team of trainers across the globe.
Before starting Trinity, she had tried everything to lose weight. She’d lose a few pounds, only to put them right back on. The turning point was on a girls holiday in September 2022, when what usually was an enjoyable experience, turned into four nights of feeling miserable and embarrassed.
“A couple of weeks after that I was sitting in bed watching diet videos on YouTube when Rob’s famous wardrobe video advert popped up. I filled in the form there and then, and the next day had a call from Yaz. The rest is history!”
In 8 weeks, Sarah lost a stone. But that’s not the most important part. Her whole outlook has changed, she now wants to be strong, fit and healthy. Sarah has embraced the whole journey and even takes the time to support others in our social groups.
Kim a busy working mum of two lost 6 inches off her waist in 2 months
Kim, a busy working mum to two teenage daughters, had been trying to make changes to her diet and exercise but found it challenging going it alone. Kim’s biggest challenge coming into Trinity was around self confidence and the belief that she could make and maintain healthy changes.
Since starting, Kim lost a huge 6 inches off her waist and is growing in confidence.
“I often can’t believe that what I’ve achieved is sustainable, but the evidence is in the measurements which are remaining constant. I’ve reached my goal weight and now I am working on maintaining it.”
Kim has impressed her coach with her mindset work, particularly finding her “why” and using meditation to put a distance between negative mental chatter.
