At 52, Jo found herself at the heaviest she’d ever been, struggling with confidence, clothes that no longer fit, and the creeping feeling that this was “just how life is now” after menopause. Like many women, the old approach of endless cardio wasn’t working—and it left her feeling stuck.
Fast forward to today, Jo has lost 3 stone (22kg), dropped from a size 16 to a size 12, and completely reclaimed her body and confidence.
