Surgery Recovery Program

This program will ensure you can continue to see progress after your surgery. It has been specifically designed to build strength so that you can keep seeing results and not miss out on the crucial element exercise has to play in achieving your goals.

All exercises have been programmed to factor in the delicate nature of returning to exercise after surgery, and from the support of a seated position you can continue to progress safely.

This program can be used as a stand alone routine or be supplemented with other workouts. In the case of the latter, your coach will advise which other sessions to perform during this time.

We recommend seeking GP/physio advice on your injury before starting, however this program should be suitable for most cases.
