In today’s episode, Rob interviews pelvic health physiotherapist and author of the fantastic book Strong Foundations, Clare Bourne.

We talk about the importance of pelvic health, as well as the many myths out there, especially around menopause.

Poor pelvic health can lead to incontinence, which can then make it scary to exercise or even go out of the house, as well as the possibility of other issues arising, such as constipation, prolapse and pain during intercourse and many more.

A lot of people put this down to ageing and/or menopause, but it doesn’t have to be that way, and there are a lot of things you can do to help your pelvic health and reduce or eradicate these issues entirely, even as you get older.
