How Sarah began her weight loss journey
Here’s what Sarah wrote about her experience after working with Trinity for 12 months, so you can understand where she was before she started:
“I was a size 14/16 when I started. I felt unhappy, I was nearing an alcoholic, I was tired, unfocused, and it affected everything at work and home.”

My body feels strong, I love my new arm muscles and my legs feel great. I am enjoying running as I feel fit and confident!”
Sarah now never misses a weight session, and remains focused on them even when things get tough. She is a role model to her kids, and, in her words, “they see how much effort I put in and comment on how well I have done!”
“I never feel hungover, so I’m always ready for the day, whatever happens. I have been able to help out with all of my family, including late night trips to hospital. I feel empowered and strong, and ready to make bigger choices and own my life and get back to being me.”
Why Did This Plan Help Sarah Lose 3 Stone?
The main reason this plan worked for Sarah, when nothing else did, is because she’s done something that’s right for her and her changing body and hormones.
Sarah’s in her mid-40s, and changing hormones start to happen years before clinical menopause, which have a big impact on what works and what doesn’t. The key changes are:
