Step 2: LIST Workout & Stress Reduction

Required Equipment:

  • Kettlebells / Dumbbells
  • Resistance Band

Implement one of the 5 stress reduction strategies:

  • Put phone on the other side of the room
  • Delete games, news apps or social media from phone
  • Get into bed between 10-11am (set a sleep alarm)
  • Take a magnesium supplement to improve sleep
  • Stop eating and drinking at 8pm
