Before working with us she’d spent the last few years unable to consistently lose weight, only able to lose a tiny bit and then regaining it again despite doing more and more extreme diets and more and more intense HIIT training.
She then heard about TRINITY from a colleague and how she needed to work with her body differently around menopause, and over the last 14 months, Jess has lost over 3 ½ stone and gone from a size 18 to a size 10.
