Health Assessment
Regular physical activity is fun and healthy, and increasingly more people are starting to become more active every day. Being more active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active. If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by answering the seven questions in the box below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 69, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. If you are over 69 years of age, and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly: check YES or NO.

Talk with your doctor by phone or in person BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active or BEFORE you have a fitness appraisal. Tell your doctor about the PAR-Q and which questions you answered YES.

If it takes you longer than 3 months to complete the first 12 weeks of your program, and you have not provided at least one month's written notice to cancel, then the rolling monthly membership payments will start ensuring uninterrupted access to the Programme, coaching and support.
10. This Programme is a minimum of 3 months commitment. All contracts are binding. If you choose not to continue, you will still owe the outstanding balance for the first 3 months.
11. After your initial Programme period, your Programme will automatically transition into a monthly payment plan at £500 a month. Your Programme will continue indefinitely unless you inform us otherwise in writing. We will not increase your monthly fee for as long as you remain a member. If you do not want your Programme to continue past the initial Programme period, you must request to cancel in writing and complete the cancellation form which can be requested from your coach at any time.
12. I agree to always respect my coach. Rude, abusive or threatening language towards your coach or other team members will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the Programme. In such circumstances, no refund will be given.

3. This Programme is delivered remotely, online and over the phone, not in person.
4. This Programme, like any other coaching service, is not a guarantee of results, weight loss, or otherwise. That being said, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for action-takers. This means that if after completing 12 weeks (a total of 12 consecutive weekly check ins and/or progress reviews), and completing at least 75% of the workouts, you have followed the program and haven’t seen any results, you can request a refund. Provided you have completed 12 consecutive weekly check ins and at least 75% of the workouts in your program and there's no evidence of results, this will be issued within 14 days of the request.
5. This Programme is for self-use only. Sharing materials within this Programme with anyone outside of the Programme is a criminal offence and may result in legal action.
