How much time do I need to dedicate to this?
Don’t worry! We’re experts in supporting you to achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. Your 1-1 coach will work with you to ensure everything fits around your life.
All of our clients are busy women juggling multiple responsibilities. Our typical client works full-time in a busy stressful job, plus has family responsibilities (both children and caring for aging parents), and still sees fantastic results.
Most of our clients do everything from home, and work out just 3 times a week for 30 minutes in their living room or bedrooms. They still can eat with their families and socialise with friends and colleagues.

Is everything online?
Yes! Most of our members are very busy and don’t want to waste time commuting to and from the gym or attending slimming club sessions. Especially when they can achieve even better results from home!
We do run exclusive events and retreats for our members a few times a year, but these are bonuses, and attendance is not required to see results.
Do I have to take loads of supplements?
No! We don’t sell supplements and no supplements are essential. We only recommend supplements if a client is struggling to get enough of an essential nutrient in their diet through food alone.
If this is the case, these will be safe, affordable, scientifically-backed recommendations and you can choose whatever supplement supplier you like.
